About
Since 1989, ACES™ Risk Management Corporation (ARMCO) has been the leading provider of mortgage quality control solutions for hundreds of major US and multi-national mortgage bankers. ARMCO is the developer of ACES™, the Automated Compliance and Evaluation System, and DESC™, the Data Evaluation and Selection Criteria statistical sampling software. These have remained the solutions of choice for mortgage bankers seeking to reduce the time and cost associated with conducting mortgage quality control audits.
The mortgage banking industry is driven by its ability to sell mortgages in the secondary market to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as to other private investors. ARMCO’s quality control products enable mortgage banks and the investment community to analyze the quality of loans as defined by law, investors, and the mortgage banks that originate the loans. The resulting analysis determines the premium (or penalty) that a mortgage bank receives for its loans in the secondary market.
ARMCO pioneered the quality control software market in mortgage banking in 1994 with the introduction of ACES™ — the Automated Compliance and Evaluation System. ARMCO continues to lead the market with innovative solutions, including the recent introduction of ACES WEB. ACES WEB is a fully web-based software solution that can be accessed from any web browser without the need to install client software on a personal computer. ACES WEB is the most flexible and robust solution in the market, with unlimited user defined fields and integrated technology from Business Objects, which provides clients with the ability to quickly and easily analyze their loan data, generate ad hoc reports and graphs, and distribute information electronically. ARMCO's Data Evaluation and Selection Criteria (DESC) model, which is built into the core functionality of ACES WEB, provides statistical sampling for clients with larger portfolios of loans.
ACES WEB is offered as an enterprise system, via a fully hosted Application Service Provider (ASP) model, or on a per usage basis.
